Kostas Panagiotopoulos is an Account Manager with Ookla, the global leader in network intelligence and connectivity insights, who acts as Ookla's primary and dedicated point of contact for operators, regulators, and enterprises in the EMEA region.

Based out of London, Kostas has been working with several MNOs across Europe and Africa to help them assess and improve the performance of their 5G networks and take important decisions that will lead to multi-million investments.

He has coordinated large-scale programs for mobile operators in the UK with a primary focus on Quality of Services and Customer Experience improvement.

He has over seven years of experience in mobile telecoms with sales and program management in dynamic business environments working with teams all over the globe.
